We print our products using a sublimation process that enables us to produce high-quality prints that will not fade over time. We apply all of our designs by hand so each product can differ slightly. On occasions colours may vary from what you can see as every screen can give you slightly different colour representation.

• Please make sure the name you provide us with is correct as it will be copied and pasted exactly how you write it.
• We do not accept returns on personalised products as they are specially made for you, unless there is a mistake on our side.
