By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below.

These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this agreement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

General

Once you place your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email that will contain your order number, details of the items you ordered and the delivery information you provided.

All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of placing the order. This does not include weekends or Bank Holidays.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link from which you will be able to follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates made available by our delivery partner Evri (The New Hermes).

Please note that orders with delivery postcodes BT – Northern Ireland, HS – Outer Hebrides, IM – Isle of Man, ZE – Shetland Islands, IV – Inverness and KW – Kirkwall will be delivered by Royal Mail with no tracking. 

Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and the payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

We currently deliver only within the UK.

Returns 

Return Due to Change of Mind

PS Made With Love For You will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of the item. It has to be returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition within 14 days after our confirmation. 

Return shipping will be paid at your expense and you will be required to arrange your own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, PS Made With Love For You will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. We will notify you by email once this has been completed. 

Damaged Items 

PS Made With Love For You will happily replace or refund any goods that are damaged if you inform us about it within 14 days of receipt of your order. We will require photographic proof of the damaged goods and in some cases we will require the items to be returned to us, preferably within 14 days after you inform us. Return shipping will be paid at your expense and you will be required to arrange your own shipping. 

When you return good to us, please enclose the following information:

  • Your full name;
  • Your order number;
  • What items you return; 
  • Reason for the return

Change of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. 

Delivery Time Exceeded 

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. 

Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
